Our Role
Yellow Be Ltd is the data controller for the personal data we use to run our own business: account and sign-in details, billing contacts, security and service logs, and enquiries made to us.
When our customers use Almagest AI to process their own information, such as connected mailboxes, uploaded documents, case records or analytics about visitors to their websites, the customer is the data controller and Yellow Be Ltd acts as its data processor, processing that data only on the customer's instructions and under our agreement with them.
